This is a course where you can fully enjoy the legendary Agu pork shabu-shabu.Please note that seating is limited to two hours.

This is a shabu-shabu course featuring rare Agu pork, which is rarely distributed outside of mainland Okinawa.
Agu pigs have the following characteristics:
- The meat is soft and juicy
・It has a rich umami flavor and the fat is also rich.
-Low melting point and melting taste
・The percentage of marbling is 5% higher than that of regular pork.
・The melting temperature of fat is 38.1 degrees, which is lower than that of regular pork.
・Low cholesterol and healthy
Please try Agu pork, which can only be found in Okinawa.
